The Devils put forth a stronger effort following their loss in Washington D.C. but in the end it wasn’t enough, as St. Louis took the extra point in the shootout. Despite erasing two seperate one-goal deficits, the Devils couldn’t break through. Even when it looked like Jesper Bratt scored the go-ahead goal in the third, it was ruled offsides.
We’ll break down the game and touch on some of the last few contests before previewing the Dallas game.
